Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Efficiently produce coffee drinks and cocktails and upselling to guests based on their wants and products available.
• Manage POS system to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain sales records efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety.
• Handle cashing out customers accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency while managing cash handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; prior retail math or food industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ability
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally and have a selling and upselling mentality.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Experience of 2 plus years in bar and nightlife required, coffee/barista experience preferable but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.28 per hour
