Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets and special events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experiences.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous.
