Bartender

Overview
We are looking for a friendly, motivated bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has some experience and a passion for hospitality, with a willingness to continue learning and developing their craft. We are happy to train the right person to expand their knowledge and service skills in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste using proper food handling and safety procedures
• Use POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple orders during busy hours without sacrificing quality or service speed

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Experience with food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service is essential
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can be an asset in creating unique drink offerings
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a genuine passion for hospitality will help foster memorable guest interactions

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
