Bartender

```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Proficient in using a cash register for accurate cash handling
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service and sales techniques
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus

This position requires excellent time management skills, as bartenders often need to handle multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring timely service. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a friendly demeanor is essential.
