Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and promote responsible drinking practices.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bars or during catering events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightlife venues, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient transactions.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; nightclub or catering experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess any required certifications related to food handling or alcohol service where applicable.
