Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and ensure accurate cash handling at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce responsible beverage service policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
• Uphold all food handling standards, including proper serving techniques for fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies, restocking bar essentials, and minimizing waste.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service with excellent communication skills to engage diverse clientele.
• Experience serving in fine dining establishments or catering events enhances your versatility in this role.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices is required.
• Strong math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and basic accounting tasks are necessary.

Pay: $21.63 - $26.05 per hour
