Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to build rapport and promote sales of drinks and related offerings.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently to maintain smooth service flow during busy hours.
• Operate POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and food industry knowledge.
• Experience in serving at catering events or banquet environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
