Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, personable and experienced Bartender to join our team. We are a locally owned, family run business located in downtown Spokane, serving a curated menu of craft cocktails, and from scratch food, in a faced paced, high volume environment. We are looking for a charismatic , knowledgeable, and reliable bartender. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the creating of cocktails, serving food, and helping to maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bar. We strive to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, great food, and expertly crafted drinks. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, possesses excellent customer service skills, and thrives in fast-paced environments such as ours.

You must be experienced, (21+), possess a WA State MAST Permit, and, Wa state Food Handlers Permit.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
  • Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to ensure safety.
  • Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow in environments like nightclubs or banquet events.
  • Uphold all health regulations related to food safety and alcohol service while demonstrating excellent time management skills in a dynamic setting.

Experience

  • Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, or craft bars preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle POS systems such as Aloha POS, efficiently.
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience serving in high-volume environments requiring quick thinking and multitasking.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $17.13 per hour
