Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, promoting responsible drinking practices
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end with accuracy using retail math skills
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy hours or catering events like banquets or private parties
• Manage time effectively during high-volume periods to serve guests promptly without sacrificing quality
• Uphold all food safety protocols related to food handling, beverage preparation, and sanitation procedures
• Assist in setting up for special events such as nightclubs or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are ready for service

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment—preferably within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques in the food industry
• Experience serving in high-volume venues such as nightclubs or large-scale catering events is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients
• Previous retail or food service experience that demonstrates excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus but not required
• We also do tons of parties so please be prepared to handle high volume!

Pay: $300.00 - $700.00 per day
