Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Take orders from guests courteously, ensuring accuracy and timely service using POS systems like Aloha POS.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments accurately.
• Assist in serving food and drinks during special events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Use your knowledge of the food industry, brewing techniques, and hospitality standards to enhance guest experience.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality settings AS A BARTENDER IS REQUIRED, especially in fast paced restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
