Now Hiring: Bartenders | Peppers – Cocktail Bar & Live Music Venue

Peppers is opening this spring at 700 Military Rd in Buffalo, and we’re looking for experienced bartenders to join our opening team.Peppers is a cocktail-forward bar and restaurant serving craft cocktails, beer, and internationally inspired tapas in a lively live music setting featuring bands and DJs. As a family-owned business, we’re building a team of people who are passionate about hospitality, music, and creating memorable guest experiences.We believe great hospitality goes beyond simply serving drinks — it’s about making people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Bartender Position

We’re looking for bartenders who are confident behind the bar, take pride in their craft, and can deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced environment.Just as important, we’re looking for people who are teachable, curious, and committed to constantly improving their craft. The right bartender brings both technical skill and genuine hospitality to the bar — balancing efficiency, attention to detail, and guest interaction.

Successful bartenders at Peppers also understand that great service is a team effort. You’ll collaborate closely with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly and ensure guests have a seamless experience.Our approach to service is inspired by the idea of “unreasonable hospitality” — going the extra step to make guests feel truly valued.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience
• Craft cocktail experience required
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow
