Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
• Fine Dining Experience is highly welcomed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to handle high volume situations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele positively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Previous experience in catering, banquet events, or retail math is a plus.
