Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be selling beer, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere with our Soccer Program Parents. The ideal candidate is skilled in POS systems and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales opportunities.
• Operate POS systems accurately for order processing, cash handling, and billing.
• Manage multiple customers efficiently through effective time management, especially during busy service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on bartending.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple priorities.
• Effective time management skills to handle high-volume periods without sacrificing quality or safety standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and calculating bills or change quickly.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
