Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and food handling standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify intoxicated guests, and follow protocols for serving alcohol in a safe manner.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different service environments.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using retail math skills and basic math proficiency to ensure accuracy in cashiering and cash handling.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Experience with serving in the food industry or retail math for accurate cash handling and billing.
• Ability to work night shifts or flexible hours typical of hospitality environments such as nightclubs or catering events.
