Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality or fine dining environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately.
• Previous experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering events is a plus.

Pay: $20.94 - $25.22 per hour
