Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and related products.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth billing processes.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking while adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked by managing inventory levels efficiently through proper food handling and restocking procedures.
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to uphold health standards across the establishment.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol serving practices is essential.
• Required to know how to manage Lottery Machines, Keno.

Pay: From $16.30 per hour
