Bartender

We are looking for a SEASONED, EXPERIENCED in HIGH VOLUME bartender to provide an excellent guest experience for our venue Dive Bar located on Burke Street in Winston-Salem. Compensation includes base hourly rate plus tips. Position will be part time with two to three shifts a week for the time being with the option to pick up shifts as well as more shifts in the future when they become available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons in a HIGH VOLUME SETTING
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve lite food fare and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a HIGH VOLUME bartender
• "Toast" point of sale experience a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate, on-going training provided
• Team player a must, no sharp elbows
• This is not a job for someone with little or no experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
