Bartender

Busy Greek Restaurant in the heart of Fairfield looking for Experienced Bartenders.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and the ability to mix cocktails with precision
- Familiarity with food safety regulations to ensure proper handling of food items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Note: Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and enthusiasm for the role.
