Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions.
• Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling, serving, and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales promotion, and proper change calculation.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
• Nightclub or catering experience is a plus; familiarity with brewing or retail math is advantageous.
