Bartender

Job Summary:
Aqua Vitae is looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic, craft, and specialty drinks.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, high-quality service that ensures a positive guest experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and pairing suggestions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of mixology, current beverage trends, and cocktail techniques.
• Certifications: TIPS, BarSmarts, or other bartending certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong multitasking skills and composure under pressure
• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
