Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, where you will be the heartbeat of our lively hospitality environment! Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities, ensuring proper cash flow and register balancing.
  • Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for different events like banquets or catering functions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or events such as nightclubs or large gatherings.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
  • Experience serving in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management.

Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
