Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage bar operations efficiently by utilizing POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and manage cash handling procedures seamlessly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure smooth service flow in fine dining or nightclub settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment; fine dining experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing, retail math applications, and cash handling.
• Previous retail math or hospitality experience preferred; familiarity with brewing or food industry knowledge is a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and special event shifts as needed; banquet experience is advantageous. Pay: $21.45 - $25.83 per hour
