Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the Atmosphere: Open the bar area with intention—setting a welcoming ambiance and preparing all drink essentials for the day.
• Beverage Service: Craft and serve a curated selection of wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic options with polish and professionalism.
• Client Engagement: Greet each guest warmly, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring every client feels celebrated and cared for.
• Exemplary Cleanliness Standards: Maintain the bar area’s pristine condition throughout each shift, reflecting Blue Agave Nail Lounge’s commitment to excellence.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor and replenish beverage stock thoughtfully, ensuring every item presented complements our luxury experience.
• Seamless Communication: Collaborate with salon staff to ensure timing and service enhance, rather than interrupt, the client’s nail lounge experience.
• Feedback Facilitation: Encourage client reviews and social engagement, subtly enhancing the Willow Nail Lounge brand presence.
• Resolution Expertise: Address any guest concerns with discretion and poise, supporting the overall guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• TABC Certification (or equivalent): Must be current and valid.
• Reliable Transportation: Dependable means of transportation for consistent punctuality.
• Weekend Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun), with 6-hour shifts.
• Max Hours: No more than 20 hours per week.
• Team Collaboration: A team player who naturally blends into a sophisticated, client-first culture.
• Composure Under Pressure: Ability to stay graceful and efficient during busy peak periods.
• Positive Demeanor: A “good vibes only” mindset that fosters a welcoming environment for clients and coworkers alike.
• Multitasking Proficiency: Capable of managing multiple orders and maintaining service standards without missing a beat.
• Teachable Spirit: Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour + tips

Expected Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
