Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately while offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure seamless service throughout shifts.
• Handle multiple responsibilities such as serving, taking orders, and managing tabs in busy settings like nightclubs or banquet halls while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events like weddings, corporate functions, or nightlife gatherings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques required for maintaining health regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure environments while multitasking efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills including retail math for accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
