Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience in fine dining or nightlife settings, along with proficiency in various POS systems. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system (Aloha or Micros) for order processing.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets, catering events, or nightclub operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively manage multiple orders during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus.
