NEW RESTAURANT OPENING!!! The ORIGINAL FLORIDIAN BAR & GRILL. We need 10 full liqour Bartenders. Full time or partime is available. 3 years experience minimum. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender well versed in southern hospitality to join our "Original Floridian" Florida Cracker Bar & Grill team. We are closed on Mondays and open Tues-Thurs from 11-10 Fri & Sat 11-11 and Sun 11-8. Must be able to work weekends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bartending and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by making delicious beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize Revel POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently.
• Assist in catering events as required, providing excellent hospitality services.
• Must be willing to help shuck oysters

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is preferred; food service experience is also valuable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Revel or similar platforms, is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and coworkers alike.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $14.01 per hour
