Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from ordering to payment.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management skills during busy hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities, while maintaining proper records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in a fast-paced environment like nightclubs or banquets.
• Support catering events by providing top-tier beverage service in various settings, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event.
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly in nightlife venues or banquet settings, promoting a safe environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus for those interested in mixology innovation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets.
