Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills to create memorable experiences for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events or banquets as required.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders for supplies.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles within restaurants, nightclubs, or catering environments for at least one (1) year.
• Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of retail math principles.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage recipes is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
• Have a good command of English language.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues alike.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions effectively.

Educations

• Bartending Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Salary

• Hourly wages range from $10.35 to $10.45
