Job Type: PM Part-Time, MUST be able to work weekends

We’re seeking a professional and personable Bartender to join our team and help elevate the guest experience through exceptional service, craft cocktails, and curated Italian wine knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Italian wines, cocktails, and food pairings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Adhere strictly to sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
• Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible service
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and bar prep as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine—Italian wine familiarity is a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety protocols
• Must be 21+ and certified in responsible alcohol service (e.g., RBS or equivalent)
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality
