Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Use POS systems to process orders accurately, and manage tabs seamlessly
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
• Manage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management skills, especially during peak hours or events like banquets or nightclub nights
• Assist with catering events or banquet services by serving drinks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of food industry standards
• Familiarity with Club Essentials preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that encourages guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Previous retail math or hospitality experience is advantageous; familiarity with brewing or catering is a plus
