Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Operate POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high volume restaurant or bar
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing, sales, and retail math scenarios.
