Job Description

Mission Resort + Club is seeking a Bartender to join our team! Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning, Mission Resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. We pride ourselves on delivering superior service and unrivaled hospitality.

As part of MMI Hotel Group, a company with over 69 years of experience in the industry, we are looking for a team member who will continue our tradition of excellence while enhancing the guest experience. The Bartender contributes to customer satisfaction by preparing and serving guests classic cocktails and exciting new beverages to the standards of Mission Resort.

Bartenders must maintain knowledge of several areas including bar inventory and wine selection to answer guest questions; state laws and guidelines for beverage service; and suggestive selling techniques. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service by developing knowledge of all menu items, ensuring correct orders and bills, completing opening and closing duties as necessary, and can work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays this could be the job for you.
