Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and service standards.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment.
• Experience in food service or retail math to accurately process transactions and manage inventory.
• Proficient in cash handling, including operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with nightclub environments is a plus, enhancing the ability to cater to diverse clientele.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5.50 - $35.00 per hour
