Bartender

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste through effective time management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol serving regulations, maintaining a clean and safe workspace at all times.
• Oversee POS transactions using - Toast experience a plus!
• Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation, customer service techniques, POS operation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly along with ownership and managment to guarantee satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Skills

• Extensive experience in fine dining or upscale bar environments with a strong knowledge of food handling and beverage presentation.
• Proficiency with Toast strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders during busy shifts efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in high-energy settings like nightclubs or banquet events.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry.
• Experience in catering or large-scale food service operations is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train staff, manage sales targets, and oversee daily operations confidently.
