Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquets, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while managing basic math for change and totals.
• Uphold all food handling regulations and safety protocols specific to the food industry and hospitality environment.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation, POS operation, and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and billing purposes.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
• Previous experience with serving alcohol at nightclubs or catering events is advantageous.

Pay: $21.25 - $55.00 per hour
