Bartender – Join Our Brewery & Restaurant Team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and in the dining area as needed
• Offer recommendations and share knowledge of our beer selections and menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Accurately handle cash, tabs, and payments
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required, especially in a high-volume or restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of craft beer is a plus, or willingness to learn
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
