Bartender – Green Mill Restaurant | Fairmont, MN

We’re hiring a part-time Bartender to join our fun, fast-paced team at Green Mill in Fairmont!

Compensation
$11.41/hr

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM

• Some weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday): 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Weekend availability helpful but not required every weekend

We are seeking energetic, personable, and customer-focused Bartenders to craft a variety of cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to established recipes and guest preferences.

Make drink recommendations and provide guidance on beverage options.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.

Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.

Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.

• Support TPI Hospitality’s Mission, Vision, policies, and procedures.

What You Will Bring

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
