Bartender

Vino Lounge is a family-owned wine and craft beer bar built around community, connection, and elevated experiences. We specialize in curated wines, local craft beers, and small plates, creating a warm and inviting space where guests can relax, learn, and enjoy.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and high-energy Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, has a passion for wine and craft beverages, and thrives in a social, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve wine, craft beer, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
• Educate guests on wine selections, pairings, and menu offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and throughout the lounge
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Assist with tastings, events, and wine club experiences
• Follow all TABC and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred (wine knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and events
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain TABC certification
