Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol serving regulations and promoting a safe environment.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for change, and reconcile sales at shift end.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and cash management.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate transaction processing.
• Experience in food industry settings such as restaurants, catering events, or banquet services is preferred.
