Bartender

Job Summary
Join our team as a Bartender, we are a family owned restaurant and banquet hall who is currently hiring bartenders for our V-lounge and Banquets.

What you’ll do

• Mix and serve drinks with flair, ensuring each cocktail meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Manage the Micros POS systems efficiently to process orders and handle transactions smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed.
• Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations that enhance the guest experience.

Basic qualifications

• Must be available weekends & Nights
• Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation methods.
• Excellent math skills for managing sales transactions and understanding retail math concepts.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
• Previous fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
