Bartender

W*e are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders for 2026.* Shifts Available soon are Tuesday through Thursday Evenings, 7 PM to Close. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Mixology and Customer Service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. This is a Full-Service BAR, Must be 21 or older, to be hired and work at this location.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bar area.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on preferences.
• Handle cards and cash transactions accurately using a Toast-Linked cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation a benefit but not required. We do on-site paid Training.
• Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
