Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about drink options.
• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at the end of each shift using retail math skills.
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
• Assist with serving as require.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; prior food service or restaurant experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
