Bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working, we would love to hear from you. We do not split tips, so your friendliness will reflect in your income.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper cash handling procedures
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for timely service
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork abilities, willing to help colleagues when needed
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional hospitality skills, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Experience with banquet or event bartending is a plus
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Previous experience in the food service industry is desired
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
