Bartender

Join our team at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Atlantic Beach Oceanfront, where exceptional service, stunning views, and a welcoming atmosphere come together. We are seeking an energetic, personable, and skilled Bartender to provide outstanding guest experiences in Molly's (our outside grill) and our restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service
• Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Monitor alcohol consumption and follow all safety and compliance guidelines
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and bar setup/breakdown
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred (hotel or high‑volume environment a plus)
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of liquor laws and safe alcohol service practices
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
