Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages during busy service hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak times such as nightclubs or banquet events.
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, retail food industry, or hospitality settings; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math accuracy.
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus.
• Must possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
