Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate order processing and card handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, especially during nightlife or nightclub events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or food service operations to meet guest needs seamlessly.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Strong math skills for retail math, and basic calculations related to sales and inventory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
