Summary:

Responsible for providing beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests while serving beverages.

2. Assists servers in an even rotation to maintain guest satisfaction.

3. Completes all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to insure a clean, neat work area that is adequately stocked at all times.

4. Assist all guests as needed.

5. Stays informed and up-to-date with all daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.

6. Must comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.

7. Reacts to change productively and handles other essential tasks as assigned.

8. Handles cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
