Bartender

Position Summary
Bartenders are responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming, fun environment for guests. They are knowledgeable about beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, and take pride in representing the brand with professionalism and personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink and food orders in a friendly, timely manner.
• Prepare, mix, and serve beverages to company standards and recipes.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of house beers, specialty cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Engage with guests to create a fun, memorable experience.
• Assist servers, support staff, and other team members during high-volume shifts.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous bartending or barback experience preferred, but training available for the right candidate.
• Strong knowledge of craft beer and cocktails is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying personable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $2.13 - $10.00 per hour
