Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience at our establishment, whether it be in a restaurant, nightclub, or bar setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through cash registers or POS systems.
• Engage with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Proficient in cash handling and experience with cash registers or POS systems.
• Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, particularly in restaurant or nightclub environments.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• A helpful attitude with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $15.24 - $17.55 per hour
