At Alligator Bar, we don't just pour drinks and ring the cash register; we offer a curated story and craft unique beverage offerings to enhance the entire experience.

The first Bar set beneath the Broadway Bridge and inspired by the unexpected history of Union Station Nashville Yards (where live alligators once greeted arriving travelers), this open-air bar is built on bold character and a little bit of bite.

We're not just looking for “ bartenders” but individuals who can match that energy and truly offer an experience vs. a transaction.

This role is about more than mixing cocktails; it's about creating a vibe. You set the tone, read the “room”, and be the kind of presence that makes guests stay for another round (or two). Whether it's a packed night or laid-back afternoon, you know how to keep the energy flowing and the experience dialed in. If you have the Vibe, the attitude, and the love of hospitality, but maybe don’t have the bar experience that ok, we will train you to be a great mixologist, we can teach that… we just can’t teach the love of people and the passion for service.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions and offer flexible scheduling based on mutual availability. We understand that life happens and aim to build schedules that support both the needs of the business and our team.

Wage: $10/hour plus tips
